A South African vision
Build SA Systems Pty Ltd (CIPC: AFKYEI) operates with a core HQ team of 21 positions, supported by project-based hiring based on activities to be done across 44 districts, as per the Project Management Plan November 2026 – January 2027.
Based in Polokwane, we connect enterprise, opportunity and community development through in-house control of AFKYEI IP and a portfolio of 10 trade marks.

Our current focus
Green Economy, Agriculture, Tourism (Department of Tourism + DSAC), SMME Development, Construction and Training/Youth.
Deputy Directors oversee all active programmes — not tourism only. DSAC is listed among stakeholders (Sport, Arts, Culture, Heritage) for cultural villages as part of the tourism trade mark, not as the main stakeholder.

Our portfolio includes LOGO [2026/26125] and MEGA CITY [2026/36944], Class 36 (Flagship — Reserved).
Future phases
MEGA CITY construction hiring is reserved for a future phase. No forestry offers under the current plan.
GOVERNANCE & COMPLIANCE
Accountable at every level
Our governance trio — Chartered Accountant (CA), Legal & IP Compliance Officer and Internal Auditors — works alongside the M&E & Reporting Officer and Safety Officer to ensure funder compliance.
Compliance covers DFFE, DALRRD, Department of Tourism, DSAC, DSBD, SEDA, SEFA, DTIC, DHET, NYDA, Labour, DPWI, CIDB, COGTA, National Treasury, Human Settlements, the Premier of Limpopo and 44 District Municipalities.
